Medical forms intake freelancing project through Toptal

Through Toptal, I worked with FormDr, shipping their medical form intake platform. Working in their angular.js web app, using stripe, twilio and other technologies. I picked up existing work, we shipped in June, and worked to make initial improvements and add new features based on feedback.
